I began capturing images in high school with my dad's old Minolta camera that had been collecting dust in a closet. Although I enjoyed taking pictures of different things, people were my favorite subject and what made me excited about photography. I've always found the saying that "eyes are the windows to the soul" to be so true.
My love for photography has helped me meet so many wonderful people. I love to see the world through their eyes, to discover their unique personalities, and to witness beautiful family connections. I love to create images that you'll treasure forever!
My family often tell me that I am the best cheerleader! It's my passion to help people feel confident, comfortable, and beautiful in front of my camera. As a mother of four, I recognize the importance of documenting life's ordinary AND momentous occasions and I would love to be your photographer and cheerleader!

get to know ME
For years and years, I told my kids 'no' when they begged and pleaded for a dog. I finally caved in 2019 right before the pandemic, and it has been the best decision! We love Zuzu & Gus so much!
Fueling MY Soul
I have a Coke Zero addiction. It is my favorite guilty pleasure! It has to be a fountain drink though. The can and bottle just don't taste the same! Anyone else with me on this?

I love reading. There is nothing like picking up a good book and escaping into a new story. My favorite genre is historical fiction, but I also love me some Jane Austen. What's your favorite book?
Fueling MY Soul
When my husband and I started having kids we agreed that it would be wonderful if I could stay home and raise them. I spent my days feeding, changing, playing, teaching, and of course taking pictures of them as often as I could. In a desire to take better pictures of them I began to take workshops which led to attending conferences. Friends started asking me to take their pictures and that led to this little business of mine today.
My family is everything to me. I cherish my relationship with my husband Kevin and each of our four children. We started the tradition of taking family pictures every year, so I know from experience the challenges of picking out clothes and bribing my husband and kids to smile and just act normal!
